@paulrozzaI would put it in so many colorful words.... but I completely agree with you. I also paid $2000 for a product that was promised support. Yet we get none... nothing.... ziltch!Dustin..... You can try and justify you marketing all you want, but the fact is people paid a premium for your product and you have taken the $$$$ and said "Thank you ... bye bye"

I stopped using the EA 2 weeks ago as well. Closed out all my positions manually for $31K loss. Plus the $2K paid for the EA, this one has been a dud!Glad I closed all positions as my entire account would have been blown if I hadn't. I live to fight another day.Losses are part of trading, however for what we paid for this EA, I expected better support and after sales development of the EA. I for one will NEVER buy a single thing off Dustin Pass again.

I have set all my pairs to "Activate EA" to False.... as I have hit my 30% DD level that makes me sit up and really take notice. I do not want any new positions (even to Hedge) until the market has calmed down.I will be manually intervening from now on to protect my account. I believe that Tom and Dustin are doing the same.

Very interesting EA... have only just started to take a look at it and I have not bought it yet.At first glance it looks like it would be great for broker that offers a good rebate though an IB like Cashback forex.Anyone have any opinions on using the EA with a large account size? So that one could stay away from the "cent" accounts. Still 1:500 leverage but a normal account with lot sizes starting at 0.01 of a full lot. What would be the recommended starting capital? 50K? 75K?Anyway... think I'll purchase it and check it out on demo.Cheers

That's how Tom's EA works.... we all know that the market trends around 30% of the time. This is where TEA struggles, however I don't believe that with this system a 600 pip SL is "Holding on to the trade for to long"Even if I get a few of the GBP positions stopped out, I'm still up over 78% since November, so I'm happy.

I am still 140 pips from my first GBP/USD 600 pip SL. There has been triple bearish divergence set ups on the Pound over the last few trading days, with the pair in extreme over-bought territory. Really don't see it moving up more then 100 pips without a correction.

Dustin... I suggest you verify this MyFxBook account. I know this product works (I've been a big fan and a member of the product before it was rebranded) however verifying it gives it more credibility to those who are not familiar with it. Regards

If you can't afford it.... don't buy it! If you can't afford a few hundred Euros.... you shouldn't be trading forex!I'm not 100% convinced about the EA, however I'll probably buy it, give it a try and get a refund if it doesn't live up to the hype.

Dustin.... thank you for the update. I have just managed to get my copy of the TEA to authenticate and activate. However I look forward to an email from you stating that everything is back to normal and the problem has been fully resolved.

I know!!!! This is rediculous! AGAIN!Have emailed and chated with Tech support.... all I can get out of them is they are working on it and "hope" they will have the problem fixed in a few hours.$1997... I expect better!

Is anyone else trading with an account with over 100K. If so what pairs and RL are you using. I'm currently running TEA on the Euro, Pound and the CAD all on RL 2. The reason I ask is on the website it states "Please contact support for pairs/RL for accounts over 100K"... now I did that and the reply I got is to add the EUR/GBP at RL 2 to my mix. In other words... the same pairs and RL as thier original MyFxBook account.Thoughts?Personally.... I' happy with 3 pairs and a total RL of 6. Was just curious.
