On Monday October 10th, we realized that trades were not being managed since Friday. USDCAD basket were not closed on Friday Oct 7th nor a bunch of GBPUSD and EURGBP trades. We have had to close all positions and start fresh. You can compare with the other official account which runs on another machine.

It is risking a maximum of 1% on every trade (usually a lot less). Note that 1% of $3000 is smaller than 1% of %3200.If the account were using fixed lots, then 1% would be the same at any balance amount.

No it doesn't. If you restart the EA it will keep managing the opened trades normally.

It is just an internal Open Sistemas (www.opensistemas.com) code to identify the customer that is running that instance of Robin VOL.

Here you have some differences and similarities with Growth Bot:1) I tried to program the first strategy as similar as possible although there are some differences: - Long period over 100 works in Robin VOL and in fact here are nice settings such as the one I posted on M5 with this value around 200. - When the short period is different than 5, Robin VOL is much better, not sure why. Maybe there is a bug in their side but I don't know it.2) We have a second complementary strategy3) We have good position sizing (%risk, %risk adjusted to recent range and fixed), with no double sized lots and ...

Yes. You have to set fifo=true.There is no difference in profitability, so probably I will set fifo=true by default and remove the option in future versions.

I am angry. I paid for a product and I cannot use it due to the protection. Only paid customers are affected. Pirated copies are running. If this is not corrected 3 hours from now, I will grab a pirated copy. It may not have smart exit or other features, but at least I will not have this serious vendor dependency.
