Was a GbpCad trade that obviously wasn't deemed to be affected by the news filter.The filter disables trading on pairs it deems will be affected by the news announcement, not every pair.

Vendors that market a 'set and forget' EA should build in a news filter if the EA is susceptible to losses on news announcements.Having to monitor news announcements defeats the purpose of having an automated strategy.Megadroid achieves this by having a remote disable feature that the vendor activates when news is pending during its trading window.

Not running anything that logs slip or execution times on here, only NMI SS 1.15. You would need to check each individual trade for data.

MDP worked ok up until FOMC yesterday. We trade on Axi Pro as a group. Anyone with any knowledge knows they are a good broker and trades with them anyway. I would like to expand our group for possibly better rebates. Its my group and my choice, I share successful brokers and ea's with members unlike many other traders who think its a big conspiracy and secret. As I said my group, my choice 😉

Yes got slipped badly last night. I have let IC Markets know about this and will discontinue trading on IC Markets until the issue is resolved.For my money....Axi Pro ECN cannot be beaten, even with the 2 pip stop!

I am getting excellent execution times with Beeks NY4 vps on IC Markets so that's not a contributing factor.I only trade MDP and NMI SS on IC Markets as my NO1 licences are being used on other brokers.IC Markets True ECN account is working fine in every respect apart from what I see as excess slippage on HFT trades.I have made them aware of this and hope IC will take steps to reduce slippage to a level we see and expect on Axi Pro ECN.If you want zero stop level and can tolerate occasional excessive slippage go for IC Markets True ECN account.If a 2 pip stop level is acceptable for your tr...
