so i don't see any problem there ,i think capella has been banned because of this ,i know capella since long time and he is a very correct dude ,i would ask the adm to put him back on the white list ,it seems unfair to me.if you want to know if this file is infected or not just use this tool https://www.virustotal.com/i did and found nothing wrong with that file
