Backtesting ANY EA is a waste of time. Some people will never learn that.I just installed this EA a few days ago and it is outperforming the one posted here. My broker is Tradersway.

I've seen many systems that show a custom start date. I have an old blown account that I have recently added funds to and would like to track the perfomance from last week onward. I cannot figure out how to do that. I have tried just allowing my MT4 to show just the history I want, but my fxbook still goes back a year.Can someone tell me how to get myfxbook to report only the start date I want? TIA...

yea this vendor sucks. Mine took two 90 pip losses on Monday the 25th. As soon as I saw those trades open, I knew they were bad. I had plenty of time to close them if I wanted, but let it go just to see if the EA would stop the runaway train. It didn't. I thought it might since I've had a loss at 20pips. It seems the only time it will take a loss at 20 is when the price comes back, so it doesn't stop the loss in progress at all.Another note: I've seen the code...it's full of cheats. There are 20 dates going back over 2001 to 2010 in the code. I'm sure they are there to...

hi guys, yea that news issue is a biggie. It seemed to work perfectly yesterday, but today traded 4 minutes after a red flag event. I'm not sure that there is much to be done about it though. I have read on a coders forum that FF calander calls from an EA are VERY unreliable. I also read that the Daily FX calander is more reliable, so maybe that is the vendors plan to fix it. Its a bummer not knowing if I can trust this vendor/EA because since I set this one up, it's all wins. (about a week)

Regarding the team. Does the team actually disable the EA when you believe it should not be trading? Some kind of dll function?
