To place trades use the currency pair 'EURUSD-'.
Please note the '-' at the end of the symbol.
If you are unable to see that symbol please press right click on the market watch and then 'Show All'.

After a few hours of trading we alraedy have a bunch of people with -99%.
This we should know before it happens to reverse their trades...... LOL

Support - Am not able to view trades on the charts. I can see the trade running on the terminal but it is not visible on the chart

открой новый график символа с суфиксом "-" например: eur/usd- и т.д.

In the market watch list just right click, you will see drop down list. Then click ( Show All ) That's it.

I am experiencing same. Can't trade. Can't open any charts except for aud, eur, jpy, gbp. How do I contact Fx Primus about this?

Исправил: нужно было показать весь маркет))) Вручную ордера открываются, а советником нет, вот такое пишет:
OrderSend() error - invalid trade volume
Вручную эти волюмы открываются. Но ордера на графике не отображаются)))
