After catching the recent significant drop on Cocoa, we might now have a promising opportunity to trade in the opposite direction.
The price has entered the Demand Zone, collected liquidity, and is showing a sharp increase right from the market opening.
RSI is recovering strongly from oversold levels, indicating a potential bullish reversal.
There’s a gap between 11,750 and 11,100, which could be filled with an upward move. This is where we are targeting our Take Profit.
