First off, love the general layout of this site! Finally one common profile for all your trading accounts.
I see one thing that would help me a lot since I mainly run automated trading with the MetaTrader 4 platform and that is usage of the magicnumber registered with each trade. That number essentially tells us which EA made the trade (it is 0 if manual trade) and it would be very informative to be able to filter the trades using it. I'm thinking that you also could register one or several (some use more than one) magicnumbers to a namned EA and get graphs/ piecharts using the name instead of the actual number.

Would you like to see the whole account analyzed based only on the selected magic number?
- If so, how do you take into account the deposits, as this is the main factor for calculating the yield/balance charts.
- Or do you want to see only the monthly analytics per magic number?

I'm thinking mostly of monthly analytic per magic number. The best would be a customizable period thou I think. At the moment I do weekly analysis using excel, so the possibility to set periods as weeks would rock.

Oh, and in the Summary I would like to be able to switch between currency pairs or EAs. So I get a table with all the registered EAs (filtered out via the magicnumbers) long, short and total pips gained.

Would it not be better to run the EA on a seperate account?
However, having an analysis table that can be grouped by EA would provide valuable information for single accounts running multiple EA's

I don't mix manual and automatic trades on the same account, but I do mix a few EAs that in a few cases trades the same pair(s). It would be great to be able to easily see how each EA / pair is doing. I have to do this in excel now (and have been before also of course), but we have all the information needed to automate this analysis here.

At least let us see the magicnumber and order comment for the trades so we can sort the history on each column. But the best really would be to be able to register a magicnumber as connected to say "FAP Turbo V48" and another to "MD Pro v1.01" and have piecharts and performance analysis for both (both these robots trade EURCHF for me for example).

Can't say for sure since it was one of the more complex features requested, but we hope to release by the end of the month.

Very good news !!! I am looking forward for this feature.
Will it be sorted by "Magic Numbers" or by "Comments", or even both choice ?
By the way, talking of "Comments", i think it would be a great idea to give the option to transfer and show also the "Comments" history in the stats from MetaTrader 4. That way, for those who have multiple ea, everyone can see automatically which ea do which trade because, right now, the only option is to enter all those "comments" manually on the website.

Finally some support for my suggestions, still can't believe that two people dislike it. They obviously don't trade multiple automated systems on the same account. I still think this suggestions is what could make myfxbook a real killer app and convert all MT4stats/MT4Live users to MyFXers.

I fully support your suggestion.
The only reason i can see for someone to NOT want this feature is to be the developer of an EA and be afraid of people finally seeing the stats of it side by side with other far better EA.
Then goodbye hope of ever selling it!

That being said, i am looking forward to see this feature. I never saw it anywhere and, god knows, i searched everywhere. And i don't understand the fact that no one ever done it before anywhere because that will be the most useful tool ever produced in forex since the invention of the EA. Ok, i am pushing a little...
But not by much.
The key is to have a way to see the stats not only by EA, with all the pairs they trade, but also each pair individually traded by an EA. For when you want to know if only one pair an EA trade is profitable or not. That would be very useful. Maybe a combined use of the "Comments" and the "Magic Numbers" can help to sort them out.
Like using the "Comments" to sort out an EA, then using the "Magic Number" to precise which pair it trades. That way if you call for a specific "MagicNumber", you get only the stats of one pair of a specific EA. And if you just call the "Comments", you get all the pairs traded by a specific EA. That way you can see if an EA is profitable as a whole, and if it can be improved or not by flushing some pairs traded by it.
Just an idea...

Phoenix,
I think easy-ea has a tool called trade analyzer if I am not mistaken. I havent tried it myself, but description on their page says you can analyze upto 10 eas per account. I was going to buy that ($20 I think), but i am waiting for an inbuilt feature here. So this suggestion has my full support.
Thanks,
Srini.
