I withdraw all of my balance of FXCM, because, Now is oportunity to try with another Broker.

The best broker will be Tickmill. They accept all kind of trading and they are true ECN broker, accept all kinds of strategies Scalping, Arbitrage etc. you name it.

I do not why you withdrew money from FXCM. They are one of heavily regulated brokers by US authorities.
The other regulated brokers are OANDA, Forex.com. if your EA can work there, they will pay you all the winning.

They only ban EAs that are arbitrage, all others are allowed.

forex.com is a bucketshop not a true ECN, same with gain capital. Ic Markets, Pepperstone and Global Prime are true ECNs.

This vendor is selling his EA for EUR 100,000/- or he wants 50 people to collect 2000/- each and collectively pay 100,000/- Euros. I do not know who can pay this money for someone who is not even sharing his real name and location?

you will find bad reviews for all brokers. I have been happy with pepperstone, razor account in particular ecn very low spreed, great execution. Only consider brokers ASIC FCA NFA regulated who have been around for years and years. I look for brokers that also offer ctrader as they don't have ability to manipulate on ctrader as much as brokers who use mt4 only and can use virtual dealer plugin. So this is a consider and a tip also.
