Another FGB loss this morning. Bummer. Even KangarooEA is a little lost today! Brokers probably aren't complaining though!😇

After a complete reinstall, opened license manager, verified account number, validated, checked status, verified, opened metatrader, account says verifing, have a smiley face. thats it.

fxgrowthbot, i'm using basic edition, the indicator indicate any long and short suggestion, but the EA didn't open any trade. is this normal? 😕

The indicator setting are different from that of the EA's default settings.

not sure how to take a picture of the license manager and mt4 open ... can take the mt4, but the manager goes behind the mt4 when saving.

Yes, but I already had multiple licenses before the recent changes. Initially I had them to run live accounts on my VPS and demo accounts on a spare laptop at home.

This license thing has screwed up my computer. Since it will work on only 1 account, i chose ASKOBID. got the account number, put it in the license manager, it says valid, the askobid mt4 has a smiley face and says verifying, and stays that way. if you try to click on it it locks up.
So i then went to my hot forex demo. put the key in, validate it it says ok, and the mt4 platform says not valid. I guess my only option is to do a complete uninstall. this is crap. I do not wish this on anyone.

In the event that there was something wrong with the previous car, Toyota is obligated to repair / upgrade the model at no cost to the previous owner, and provide continuing service as originally agreed.
Yup, I agree... that the original 'terms & conditions' shouldn't be arbitrarily changed unless ofcourse it is already stated in those terms that the vendor has the right to change the 'terms & conditions' at its discretion without prior notice.
Based on my understanding of the contents of this thread from the beginning, I see that the bug in the original release of this software is the EA losing control of trades and the users left totally oblivious to that. It is the vendor's obligation to fix that bug and make available a bug-free version of the product to the customers who purchased it. And this ofcourse should be done at no further cost to the customer. Thereafter an enhanced product with additional features can be offered at a different price point and new terms and conditions. I guess, that'll be the fairest option to all parties concerned.
Despite, a newer version with additional features being already released, the vendor can probably revert back to an older version which will make it possible to fix only the bug(s) concerned and release that as a final version (provided it's bug-free) to the existing customers. They can then continue work on the newer version and release that to the market separately based on their new terms.
Anyway it is good to see that the vendor is indeed listening to what you guys have to say and is trying to reach a compromise. We rarely see that these days especially in this industry.
