can you please tell me why you are still holding the poesitions and why the trades dont match rev trader pros

I have put the default settings and no interference at all however vendor do manual intervention. I asked him why my deals are still open and his deals were close during weekend. He said, he closed manually because he don't leave deals open over the weekend but he said I don't need to close them. I don't understand this logic at all and now my account is 25% DD but he don't have any deals open. This is a bit confusing do we close the deals manually over the weakened or vendor use combine technology automated with manual intervention.
