I'm on FXCM AU. No problems here.
Is the problem when you try to log on to FXCM or when you try to log on to sPhantom?

I've got problems connecting to both, website shows internal error 500 and mt4 has no connection. I'm with FXCM UK though. Scary thing is that I had 2 trades open and now I have no idea what's going on.

No problem here. I am on FXCM US.
Checked expert log, no error is found since last month (After i had upgraded MT4 builds). Please note US daylight saving is implemented on Monday. Most broker has re-adjusted their chart timing.

If you see sphantom at the navigator window double clik on it, then mark on allow live trading and mark all the boxes that are marked on sphantom user guide i think this will solve your problem

Does anyone have the "Not Connected to the sPhantom Server" problem? It was working fine for me until today when I went off the server.

Account Verified Not Connected to the sPhantom Server. Only happened after last trade closed.
