Mix of EA and manual. I use pending orders based on supply and demand levels when trading manually. I'm also learning more about market structure which is a great help.
More recently I started to trade crypto so haven't been too focussed on forex. Now I have found an EA that seems to work so I am experimenting with it a bit.
