(ACGL), announced Friday it has entered into a master transaction agreement to acquire the U.S. MidCorp and Entertainment insurance businesses, including select specialty insurance programs, from Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (AGCS) for a $450 million cash consideration to Allianz.
