how come my account can't be found in the contest list?

What the head is this contest? I was trying to close my positions in the whole morning, but it keep showing me OFF QUOTE!
Guess what the chatter from FXopen said to me?
'sir, technical error can happen at anytime, besides this happen only on our DEMO ECN account which using different server from current actual ECN demo account.'
Is this an acceptable reason? Demo contest suppose to show ppl how good the company platform is, but now they are showing another way around, what a joke!
