I have tried many brokers, but I have been with IC Markets now since 2013. They have worked well for me, their trading conditions are transparent and efficient, and I have had very few issues with them.
They lost points on Customer Service for me, as sometimes I have called their phone support and the person on the other end does not speak English well. Verbal communication is critical over the phone - they need to employ persons who are fit for the job.

Excellent spreads; some of the best, if not the best in the retail Forex sector. Fast execution; 200-500 ms. Experienced a handful of server overload problems earlier this year as IC Markets became a victim of its own success with surges of new clients, but they seem to be back on track now.
Angus, their head of trading and business development is always happy to hear and address questions, concerns, and trader feedback, and his consistent dedication to improving IC Market's trade environment has been phenomenal.
ASIC regulated with segregated bank accounts so fund safety and security of deposits is assured.
As of the time of this writing, I can genuinely recommend this broker in good faith.
