GBP/USD daily outlook

GBP/Usd is consolidating around 1.275 because quiet Monday, but there are no signs of indicating downward exhaustion.

The pair seems to be difficult to get a ride on.

Pound / dollar attempted to rise up yesterday with peak at 1.2827, but dropped then closed down to 1.2719. The signals remain bearish for testing at 1.2650 / 00. Resistance for the day is 1.2730, whose breakthrough can take the price to a neutral zone with testing at 1.2825. I still prefer the bear camp and any bullish pressure should be seen as a normal move and a good sales opportunity.

Bullish for now. Next target: 1.2770.

Brexit uncertainty weighs in, GBP/Usd upside is limited. Consolidation continues to just above 1.2700 level, resistance can be found around 1.2750/55.

The GBPUSD retraces above the 1.2800 level and if it keeps correcting to the upside, then the 1.2956 may become resistance. The bearish trend is still in place on the GBPUSD.

I think GBPUSD is going to depreciate in light of the recent USD rally. Altho I'd like to see the opposite.

Despite ''no deal'' Brexit fears, GBP/Usd the risk is turned to the upside, Pound benefits from weak Dollar and broke above 1.29 level, possible to knock on the door of 1.3000.

Pound/dollar is trying to test 1.30, as it seems.

Upside momentum seems to take a pause, I'm expecting the pair trade sideways for the short-term. Resistance can be found at 1.2936 and follow by 1.2960, on the downside, immediate support is at 1.2865.

Despite the correction today, I still wait for 1.3000.

The GBPUSD seems to have finished with its bullish pullback and heads back down from the 1.2956 zone. However, the 1.2800 level may act as support. On the other hand, the downtrend is still in place in the midterm and the pair may try to continue lower.

1.30 would do for me.

I'm waiting to sell around 1.3180, it's kinda in a consolidation right now, if it breaks 1.2980 we could see another leg up.

The news of EU is close to offering the UK a deal sent the Pound skyrocket to above 1.30 level, what is next, 1.32 level? But the detail of this ''ambitious Brexit deal'' not out yet, let's see.

The pair is consolidating its gains whole day today, the possibility of an 'unprecedented deal' keep the Pound above 1.30 level. Brexit negotiation between Barnier and Raab continues tomorrow, I'm expecting high volatility.

The pair has extended its consolidation movement to the downside and found immediate support around 1.2943/45. On the other hand, Brexit negotiation still seems optimism, meeting between EU and UK will continue another week. Well, it's a progress.

The week has ended negative for the pound. Uncertainty rules.

I expect 1.29 to be tested.
