gobias posted:thanks for that. Yes those drawdown's on hourly basis look scary 70 odd percent.
This came from the expertadvisorsforex.com website https://www.expertadvisorsforex.com/forex-seven.html,
They always track using live vendor's investor password and fxblue. Fxblue is better than myfxbook for tracking drawdown as it does so on an hourly basis.

I lost my patience waiting to close the actual basket. I've put on another chart 'Equity Sentry EA' to close the basket when the profit is 0.5%.

I am following an account that opened it's first basket of 7 on Dec 23. The account hasn't closed the basket yet. This system holds til profitable and drawdown is unlimited.
I don't believe the dd stats are correct on myfxbook since the history dates back before the vendor joined myfxbook. Intraday drawdown can't be recorded and therefore it's inaccurate.
This strategy reminds me of another russian EA that opened a bunch of trades as soon as the EA touched your account and held til profitable. I can't recall the name at the moment but I am sure someone here remembers the system.

I received an update from seller and now the EA is opening another basket when the price is goes against original basket, same as in the vendor's account, but looks to be martingale style. Personally I do not mind, but I know some other people will not like this.

Thanks for clarifications. After I received the update I removed the 'Equity Sentry EA' and now is just the ForexSeven EA doing trades into my account

Hi , I'm looking to try this EA on a real account but still have some issues .
I've noticed that the open balance is $10.000 , is this the minimum to start trading with this EA?
Can the EA start trading with micro lots ( 0.01 ) ?
Does the EA trade with all the 20 pairs by default ?
Can the EA trade with a different leverage (up or down ) ? does this affect the results in any way ?
Is the EA in any way broker sensitive ?
If I want to change or close my account and open with another broker do I have to buy the EA again ?
Just looking for some guidance here in the best way to use the EA .
Thank you for your time

I started my account with a ballance of 10000 USD cents (100$)
If I would have chosen risk=10%, the start lot would have been 0.01 lots
The EA trade with all 20 pairs. When opening a new basket, it choses alone which pairs are best at the moment
Can trade with other leverages, I use 1:500 and in my opinion is better to use 1:500 if possible, if not, you have to increase starting balance accordingly.
I do not believe is broker sensitive
If you change broker/account, just send an email to the vendor with the new account number
Regards.

Hi ovisun , thank you for the reply , with $100 could be near of a margin call , if it opens 20 trades? Do you trade with this EA on a live account ? hope you doing well , I checked FXblue and it's $--3,489.01 the floating P/L , do you consider that normal ?
I'm looking to go ahead but ...

In my account I have 100$ (10000 USD cents the balance) and 28 opened trades at the moment. For now is not so close of a margin call, it would be space to one more basket of 7 trades, to be a total of 35 trades. In vendor account maximum no. of open trades was 35 and the max DD is 30%, not so bad.
