Why not propose a cent account with RoboForex as your affiliates?
 You could start with an account of 100,00 euro that would figure as 10,000.00 and you might start to test your work.

Sorry, I only focus on one kind of forex broker, and I already believe to FXCM, I prefer Non Dealing Desk (NDD) broker.
I see, a minimum deposit of US$ 3,000 is not hard, a lot of traders who can make a deposit of more than US$ 5,000
