Is there a way to see which EAs, Robots, Indicators that meet the USA trading requirements?
Would be interested in any that are available to US citizens.

Im pretty sure all indicators will meet the USA trading requirements. Indicator is just data being manipulated and being plotted on a chart or in the background to be used for other reasons. They do not trade.

Most EA should work for US it will probably mean you that some trades aren't activated
