instaforex are good for grid traders only.if you want to trade real trading go to a better suited broker ,i left them cause i wanted to scalp ,moved to armada and axitrader and don't regret it so far,it is worth the move

I dont mind about time of trade. Im talking about type . My Price Action trades was longer than 5 minutes and wasnt executed 'on news trade'. But broker decided to cancel profit from it. For me its a clear cheating.

Those of news trades was from 5 to 20 pips each.

Those of price action was around 10-30 pips each.

I have contacted them via live chat - told me to send email to [email protected] . I have send them e-mail on 07.08.2013 with NO REPLY !

Normally I'm a Price Action trader. I have earned +290% , and traded only 2-3 times on market news publication. Profit from news publicaton traders was no bigger than +50% from this all +290%.

Today I have seen that ALL MY TRANSACTIONS HAS BEEN CANCELED.
Why?

Guys.. take care with Instaforex. They definitely are cheaters.

They changes the spread of your account, and steal you with overcharging. Yesterday I was talking with support about my account (Eurika account... that is supposed to charge only the comission = 30% * lot). I've been charged only by comission, but, they use a system (Virtual dealer plugin) that cheat the user account... further the comission, they started to charge the spread (3 pips).

Get away from Instaforex...

and.. if there are people talking well about Instacheater... maybe they are Insta employers!!!

i dont think you loss to much...right? it is some error in programming. Support must buck you this. Open new account
i never had this problem and i use STANDART - it is better with spread

They won't refund those trades that I paid 3 pips (for entry, and getting out)...

you just told that your acc is EURECA - it meens you have no spread but you have comission = 3 pips of spread...i do not understand what is your problem sory. If you open and close any order without changing price - broker always take comission (eureka) or the same 3 pips spread (standart)

I trade at insta 2 years - everything is allrigt!

Barbarian is right - insta is not for scalping - you cannot close order there if it is not 5 minit from open time.

Alex... it is as simple as I've written... they charged me 3 pips of spread PLUS + commission (0.03 * lot size * 1000)... so, they've overcharged, and didn't refund it.
