Total 500 Lot or 500 Trade in 1 Month.?
It means that you can not have more than 500 open positions (open trades) all at once.
I can have thousands and thousands of closed positions within this trading competition.
But there must not be more than 500 open positions all at once.

the 500 trades restriction simply means you cannot have 500 trades simultaneously open, that's all. nothing else
