Yes, thank you danielsoy. For anyone having trouble trading, you can fix it with these 3 easy steps:
1. Right click on the market watch menu (as shown in the video above)
2. Select all
3. Trade pairs that end with a '-', for example 'EURUSD-'
It's that simple, good luck trading!

try to read from the beginning of this page . you will find the answer . if you try to trade today i think it because the market close . so wait tomorrow ... this might help you

I am in bewilderment! when I try to close the deal I see a "trade timeout" and 2 minutes can not close a profit !!! I do see this for the first time! and this at a competitive demo account, phew! I imagine what's going on real accounts, I will no more trade with this broker disgusting!

Hi Adisakti,
Your account is ready to trade, you just need to enable the instruments. Please go to the Market Watch menu and choose Symbols. Then select the symbols ending with a - like EURUSD-
