My intention is not to complain but the
Inability of the server to execute my requests
Has cost me dearly. Standing orders in the market were
Not executed. Orders that I had cancelled were executed.
And worst of all trades I was trying to initiate were
Not being permitted.
I am sure the techs will resolve these issues but
They underscore the entire first week of the contest.

When you say that you set your slippage to 40 pips, are you saying that you set your Maximum Deviation on MT4 to 400? Note that since FXCM quotes forex prices to one-tenth of one pip (AKA 5-digit pricing), 1 point on the Maximum Deviation is equivalent to 0.1 pips.

I meant to reply on Fri but something came up. After seeing your post I went "ooooh, right right" and went and checked my settings and you're right I had it set to 40 which in reality was 4 so, just for giggles and the other thing I set it to I think 200 just to see if that would solve anything aaaand it did. My entry did in fact trigger and as you had claimed in another post where you posted stats of the slippage as sometimes being in the clients favor, I actually entered short with a 10 pip total slip in my favor ha!.

We have all had this same problem, SL not closing, pending not opening, etc, all these issues I have not had with my real FXCM account, also notice No.1 position is an Arbitrage system & these issues can screw those cheats right out of the game :)

Just because you deleted your fails from myfx does not mean that you never lost one account and you Pamm account is very recent which means it's =0 .
If you want people to invest in your pamm, you should post a minimum 1 year record, a real portofolio not just 3 weeks of trading.

How many accounts have you seen BLOW UP after 1 year? When will you guys understand that trading is suppose to be seen as short term income and not as a long term one? You make 300% profit, you withdraw it all, and start all over again.

Just to clarify, there was a tech issue on this demo server specifically (other demo servers and live servers were not affected) that caused demo traders to have problems placing orders last week. That issue was fixed this past weekend. If such a tech issue affected live trading accounts, then our clients could file a trade inquiry to be reviewed by the Trade Services Team. If there was an error on our part that affected your live trades negatively, FXCM would make the appropriate correct to your live account.
If you still find yourself receiving "Off Quotes" and "Invalid Prices" messages, please check your Maximum Deviation setting and remember that 10 points on your Maximum Deviation equal 1 pip. "Off Quotes" and "Invalid Prices" messages occur for valid reasons to indicate that an order could not be filled within your specified Maximum Deviation tolerance. This is to protect you from being filled with more negative slippage that you were willing to accept.
