The 1st prize $2250 : No withdrawal
The profits gained after trading on the 1st prize can be withdraw after achieving (2,250*15,000)/100,000=337.5 Lots. So 99% No withdrawal

Will not be taking part . the prize is a joke . the terms are a bigger joke / the spreads on the platform are the biggest joke.
I wont be wasting time on a contest arranged by a company that has no regulation of its own, piggy backing of another Cysec Regulated company.

Prize can not be withdrawal. and also profits are semi-impossible to be withdrawal. .... So I will not take part in this contest

So, yes, U.S. residents may compete but if you win you won't be able to claim your prize since you can't open an account with them (or more correctly, you can't open an account with FXGlobe, the real broker involved in the contest.)

what exactly is going on here ? it says Tradeo contest yet mt4 trading software and demo server are from fxglobe!could you clarify that.Tradeo isnot the most trustworthy broker out there we know

I checked the rules - https://s3.amazonaws.com/tradeostatic/legal/TTC.pdf
"If the Customer has received an Award not subject to a deposited amount, then
the Customer will have to generate a trading volume of 15,000 times the Award
amount in the Account in order for the Customer to be able to withdraw profits."
This means:
1st place - $2,250 USD - 337.5 lots
2nd place - $1,000 USD - 150 lots
3rd place - $550 USD - 82.5 lots
4th and 5th place - $250 USD - 37.5 lots
6th to 10th place - $140 USD - 21.0 lots
"Awards expire if not used by Customers within 60 days, from the date of receiving the
Award, to meet the abovementioned Conditions. Upon expiration the Account shall be
adjusted to reflect only the deposits made by the Client to the Account. It is in
Tradeo’s sole discretion to extend this expiration date. In such an event of extension,
it shall be able to terminate and expire the Award at any time and for any reason."
Wish luck to all participants! For me these rules are too much. As they said - if you are good enough to win the contest, these rules should not be a problem for you!

FxGlobe is the broker and Tradeo is an Introducing Broker.
