I think this over 100% monthly profit with a 10% drawdown is good enough for some investors. This is a strategy updated since april 25.

I know a guy who just started trading (Acc_Cent), you can see his live account on investing.com. the guy is trading only the gbp/usd, taking 4 pip trades, about 230 trades a day with 98.87% win. Doubling 2 times a month!!

of course you can! but as you already know, anything could happen in forex, in other words, Margin call in single day, also could happen!
If I were you I will not hope that much, in forex low profit mean low risk, high profit mean high risk! and the most important when you deal with forex biz is how to survive and not to think about big profit! cause when you do, usually you will loose all money!

I am making 2% to 5% monthly with 99.67% profit ratio on a live account it is very well possible. the important factor is the leverage. Trying to write a EA with my strategy but it will take time. Happy trading everyone.

I think you can. Iv made 2k this month had only had $430 equity on jul 23. Anythings possible once you find the strategy that works for you, and a proper way to manage your money.

also i dont use EA's or anything. never figured em out or can trust em. I like to just watch the markets and make my moves by hand. also using 50:1 leverage @ FXCM US

Yes it is possible. You will need a sound trading and money management strategy on top of years of experience to make consistence profit.

Of course the size of your account will affect the % return. In other words, it is easier to make 50% with a $5000 account compare to a $50,000 account. Trading psychology is something that can't be taught, it is learned through experience!

Sooooo much crap spoken on this thread it's incredible. Anyone who is posting up their results in an attempt to lead by example, either has an insufficient track record to be speaking at all, or is using a fucking martingale EA, which despite performing "okish" over the past couple of years, has a disgusting equity curve and WILL blow up the entire account.
You will not find professional traders on here publicising their accounts for the world to see. They would not want anyone to emulate their results.
So please, people, put your artificial and temporary ego's to one side. This thread is not asking you lot to talk about your currently short term successful accounts, and all of a sudden forgetting about the accounts you have blown up(which means you're all actually trying to just simply grind back to where you first started!). This thread is about educating someone to stop thinking it's consistently doable to pull such returns from the market without taking on board disgusting levels of risk... Too higher risk of ruin to be honest...
It's not a personal jab at anyone, it's a case of waking up and stop lying to yourself that you're a product of example. More importantly, stop creating this false and unrealistic environment for others. They'll believe and buy into your crap, to find out 6 months down the line, your system has all of a sudden disappeared from being synced to your account, and they have probably lost their money too as they believed it was possible...
It's one of many simple reasons why so many people fail at trading. They buy into another persons falsified confidence and short term trading record and believe if you are doing it (albeit temporarily), they can too... cascade effect of poor advice and a lot of wasted money...
