If you are running multiple MT4 accounts and mutliple brokers, what is the best broker for testing, considering data, price feeds, support, etc.?

Well, it depends what you're looking for - the best trading environment or the best testing environment, since both usually don't go together. This will obviouisly cause different results on testing and on real trading.
The only thing that matters for testing is the quality of the price feed.
