Hi,
As some of us are no doubt aware MT4 connections can and do drop out from time to time. Eventually they reconnect.
However it's possible to force the reconnection to happen a lot faster.
I have an EA I place on a chart for this.
So, every time I set up a new MyFxBook account, I place the MyFxBook EA on one chart and the reconnect EA on another chart.
It would be nice, not just for my lazy purposes, but for the purposes of the traders that aren't aware of the need to force reconnection on MT4 if you integrated a reconnect function within the MyFxBook EA.
If you want I can provide you with a copy of my reconnect EA.

Steve, what's the difference in seconds/minutes when just waiting for MetaTrader to reconnect compared to when using your script? Is it that big of a difference?
