Nah, I'm gonna stick with $50 - because a lot of aspiring forex traders out there haven't GOT an extra $300 to open with.

Yeah, no doubt could have made more today, but I was thankful to be able to quit at lunchtime back up over $100.

You're so smart, Professor. :) I've actually thought about doing that, setting up a parallel account, but with a bit more money to work with. It's frustrating operating at this small level - however, that's good motivation for me to grow the account!
Oh, come on, I only violated that "safe trader" drawdown ONCE - Before that, I think my worst drawdown was about 11% - Aren't I allowed one momentary blip of trading insanity? I mean, come on, I'm making it back, right?
Nope, you need a fresh account : Once you hit the high DD its like a tatto. Its for the live of that account and wont be allowed to mirrow trade. I have had several accounts that were allowed to trade live after 3 months , only then to hit a high DD and they send you a pink slip...

Not that you need it or even want it but here is a trailing stop EA. trails as soon as the trade is placed. Not like mt4's trailing stop which has to move your specified into profit before it trails.

It is his own money, and he can do whatever he likes. Good thing is that he shares his experience with other.
No one with IQ higher than 70 thought it will happen. Making 1 mil out of 50$ has lower chances than winning state lottery. I'ts just a journey. Setting a target hard to reach, and at least trying.

Reboot is good! We have all been there.....me, hundreds of times over the last 8 years...arg. I can do a safe normal growth of less than 25% per year safely, but none of us want only 2% a month growth.... I dont gamble, but if I did, Id play Black Jack and martingale it on each loosing hand.

so I could easily paraphrase you and say No one with IQ higher than 70 could be so confident
But I won't say so. As you did not mention I used smile in that sentence - it was not meant o be serious statement
