This is the email i got from tenko technical support. Same login and password that you got when you registered but the server should be this according to the email(read email). After i put that in i was logged in. Hope this helps.

in that case why did they not inform earlier they sent me a mail saying tenkofx-demo should be the server. see the attachment this is absurd if they do not know the server
