From the start this account has been running PowerFlow on AUDNZD using the vendor settings. It has been doing very well but had one major issue which is that it locked out one complete CPU core each time it updated its news file. Now we have discovered that it has another major issue, this time a very dangerous one.
On Firday 3rd April PowerFlow opened 15 consecutive sell trades in the space of less than two minutes, leaving a massive drawdown over the Easter weekend. Nothing in the journal or log file indicated that these were other than normal opens by the EA.
I had to wait until very late Sunday night to put in some overnight stops which were triggered early this morning, leaving me with a 25% loss on the account. In the circumstances I felt this was a good result as the entire account could easily have been lost.
In my opinion, running an EA which makes it possible for this sort of thing to happen is just too dangerous. So PowerFlow has been removed and I am going to replace it with some of our own EzeFX EAs later today. I also have a number of other PowerFlow EAs running on other accounts and intend to replace these over time.

Forex21, the news freezing MT4 has been highlighted to you many times in Donna forum but no updates is provided. This issue already post dangerous to other MT4 sharing the same host. I wish your after sales service can be improved.

PowerFlow support requested information which I provided. They think the issue is connected with very high spreads at the time. At the moment there is no sign of an updated EA being available.
