He's damn fast: until yesterday his site http://www.thepamm.com/ showed http://instaforex.com/pamm_monitoring.php?user=1016692. Right after it has been blown(which happened today) it already introduces http://instaforex.com/ru/pamm_monitoring.php?user=211139&x=BNCN. He cannot live a single day w/o burning accounts or refering other managers for a commission.

AS long there are stupid people out there, this guy will continue to exist. We need to educate people besides letting them know where the scammers are.....

Yeah, I'm amased how people trust some "person" w/o carrying out any due diligence checks.
Besides you cannot educate someone who doesn't wanna ask or know anything. Stupid people distinguishing themselves by the fact they always know everything.
