Yes, I closed out at a loss too - but seems that at the moment sPhantom closed out, there was a spike up and the latency in sending out the close signal and actually closing was enough to put me (us) at a loss. I think it's just unlucky on the timing of that spike. Sh** happened.

Please keep the EA to run and close at TP by itself ... you should send close trade command in emergency cases only.

OK. Slight loss you say. Hmm.... you are lucky. I got hit properly with a nice loss. Second time round, took a small loss last week as well.Seems to happen when they have to open 2 trades and the technicals turn a little sketchy.
sPhantom keeps telling us to move to IBFX due to "Broker issues" but I am glad to hear you IBFX guys are also not getting sPhantom's myfxbook results. Not that, that is any comfort to me or you I would assume.
If I could ask though how often does it happen that you don't get the myfxbook results on your account. If it's happening 3 or 4 times per month, I think sPhantom might be nearing the end of it's usefullness soon. I.E Too many guys in with too much money creating a new trading environment that it can't deal with.

hi guys,
I think this system has been lucky.
It earns around 115 pips a month on average.
In 18/11 was 2 trades open that had drawdown of -84 and -96, around -180 open floating drawdown.
This was very lucky to recover to profit. It can go the other way real fast.
My point is, sooner or later it will not return to positive and will happen a 500 pip loss. (-250pip Stop loss X 2)
It will take out the gains for last 5 months.
I think it has weak risk controls in place and will eventually catch up with it, just like a martingale system can go for years before crash.
The autotrade systems of $1M live and Axitrader offer better risk control and risk/reward ratio.
If i am wrong or missing some point, I like to hear.

250 PIPS is a technical security stop loss, NOT the final SL the traders behind will use ! This should be less.

I think we suffered a latency in the signal itself. we have receive the close signal command from the sPhantom server too late. like if the web site used for the connection between our VPS and their VPS was suddenly bad or unresponsive for few seconds.

I'm loosing to mach I use Alpari UK its close 1.3700 and sphantom close at 1.365 I lose 70$.There is latency .how can solve this issue .

I think we cant do something on our side. the problem is certainly on the sPhantom network side. I don't know where their servers are located, but they certainly don't have the control on a lot of things. like firewalls, internet connection etc... they certainly uses VPS like we are using.
wait and see if they'll post some comment on this issue as everybody was impacted except their own account.

I also lose about 5 pips today in my hotforex account. We need to resolve this problem asap and otherwise loosing amount will be greater..:(

Am using oanda. Lost 8 pips in that combined trade. Was closed out at 1.36995 both trades...

Worst trade is -23.1 pips. When the this system detects a change of trend, it triggers the early close.

You can't guarantee low latency over the web. You can only minimise the latency by using a computer with decent CPU cycles and RAM latency, coupled with decent network bandwidth and low ping to the 'master' trading service and the broker.
I use Alpari UK spread-betting using their VPS service which performs within acceptable tolerances. However, I believe there has to be a better way for sPhantom to close out the recovery and primary trades than signalling the trade copier to close all trades when asked.

I have a question about the other trades taken from this sphantom...have you guys been positive at all times with the required TP?
