The reality is people are more attracted to an account growing slowly than quickly. So since I have been able to grow these accounts quickly, it should be easy to do it slowly. :) Let us see in about 5 weeks how far we were able to get.

The reality is the way you drew it up (As far as only waiting for the order which wins 100% of the times) would actually work, but the issue is you would be wasting a ton of trades leading up to that position. Not to mention all the hours which would be required to baby sit your EA waiting for that one market condition to occur. Most of my profit come from the 2nd and 3rd order with the 4th order appearing maybe once a week. You post more than you trade. I currently have 5 REAL accounts for a total of over 40k usd. How about you? A ton of accounts on your profile with over 95% of them not being updated in over 6 months. Post less and trade more.

What I will do from now on with all 5 accounts is use max dd of 3% What you will notice is if I am risking 3% the winning order will be of the same amount. As in the picture which I shared with you of the fibs, being that the distance of the sl and tp are the same, then what you risk is what the reward will be. Most people have a r:r of 1:1 but once they start heading into red, they remove their sl and the R:R becomes way higher. I on the other hand always keep it the same. So risk 10% to make 10%.

Hello Victor. As mentioned previously, my "edge" is of not encountering more than 3 straight losses. So basically if I have 3 straight losses, the 4th order WILL (based on my EDGE) to be the winner running right to the tp. Most of the people who have a martingale based system, don't have an edge. So what that leads to is bias trading in which after every x amount of pips loss, they double down. Which is why martingale has gotten a bad rap, because the people who use it don't use it under the right circumstances.

The lot size will depend on the person using it. I can decide to have a max drawdown of 3% and the only thing that will change will be the lot sizes of the 4 orders. The system remains exactly the same.

I have created this thread to spark a conversation about Martingale Money Management and how it can be used effectively with a system which has a high probability of not experiencing x amount of losses. Clearly I am using "martingale money management" in order to seriously underweight the losses. However, simply reversing the orders and entering larger lot sizes isn't all that is done in order to get the results which you have pointed out. The over all "trick" to making this work would be a traders "expectancy" of how many consecutive losses he/she will encounter. I understand perfectly what it is you are saying. However, I just don't like people jumping into threads as he always does and leave comments which aren't productive. Instead opening the chart and looking at the trades and making some sort of analytical critic, either good or bad, he rather say what he said and it comes off as being rather childish.

The trick to understand how social networking works is ignoring the negative comments. Infinity Fx was a major troll of mine over at forexfactory and after having my membership revoked, he has now made his way over here to troll some more. Over at FF look up the username Tim_isoara you will see it is the same trollster, with nothing productive to post. All of a sudden I have been associated with a person who I don't know and has nothing to do at all with trading. I guess I have the ability to pump and dump currency prices in order to get the results which I have in all the accounts list...

Everyone. This is a new account which has been given me to manage. I have given it a custom start date to indicate the time in which I began trading the account. Please note that this account will only trade USD/JPY and EUR/JPY as GBP/JPY for fxpro has way to high of a spread. My goal is to get this account back to BE before months end.
