Need help for a time based EA

Hello to everyone. I am working some ideas with time based EAs (opening trades in specific time with SL, TP). I was wandering if someone knows an EA that do that with some additional criteria as well. For example open trade at 10.00. If price above 50SMA open long, if price below 50SMA open short. Finally i am also looking for lot size management. For example if 1st trade won add 0,01lots to the next trade. Or after 5 winning trades reduce lot size etc.Hope someone can help.Thank you in advance.
