It was the same situation for me as well. I uploaded my bank statement but I censored the numbers in the document revealing only my name and address. However they refuse to accept it. So i send in another document which is a full page of a bank document where I opened an account with the bank.STILL, rejected. He told me I would have to submit the bank statement and not just a bank letter..I've activated and verified accounts with 3 different brokers using exactly the same documents but this is the first time I have ever faced this issue and to be honest, its annoying.
