Just a word about ClickBank. True what you say, but I have been trying talk to Clickbank Customer Service and they are just as bad in getting back to you. They have a policy of banning "serial refunders". I have been wanting to discuss that issue with them in light of all the crap they allow to be sold. Hell, I'll try everything as long as I know I can get a hassle free refund and not be banned, but don't know what their trigger is. So far, refunded USDBOT + upsell, Forex Ripper + Upsell, 50/50 whether I do on Forex Cash Evolution, Also fell for the Steal Pips Hype, but just ...

I doubt that. Even at $999, many will let the deadline go by. And if enough people get one there will be another open enrollment for those who don't have the sense to look for these types of forums. It's not easy to find independent, ubiased info on any robot. So called review sites are just affiliate marketing techniques.

Interesting.It's been several days since FRWC kicked me out. I guess I am still on their member's list as I just received thier email advising of the Advanced HiRider. I would certainly like to know what results you all get.FYI, one of the non-FRWC robots I am practice testing, from Forex Cash Evolution ($149) , since Mar 11, $1000 at .01 lots, is up $186 (all open positions)

The last exchange I had with customer service before they involuntarily terminated me was a request for them to extend the guarantee period since they were making so many adjustments to the programming. It changes the conditions of the evaluation. I told them it might cool down the anger a lot members were feeling. They simply replied, "We can't do that".Sure they could. Like 4 eggs posted .. keeps you hooked on a promise past the warranty period or have a real chance to to see if the the changes work.

All too often my investment history is plagued by initial drawdown and fighting forwever just to get it back to breakeven. By the time it can move in the right direction I have nothing left to move.It's a matter of trust. I like the idea of automated trading where I don't have to look at it, otherwise you might just as well be glued to your PC doing manual tradiung.

The first week or so I was really impressed with HiRider. Fusion as a whole was down but HiRider was up about 15% pretty quick. We are talking $150 on $1000. Didn't last. I have read review warnings, that you really need 3-6 months to really get a handle on how performance will pan out. So, a few bots did well for a couple of months and others not so well. Thank You.All they had to do was answer my questions. They wouldn't do it. I got angrier and angier everytime they didn't. One simple question was simply confirming if fusion was considered one of the robots that could be run for the purpose of considering a refund, since they emphasized how EXPERIMENTAL it was. Simple question. At no time would they confirm it. Made me very nervous, considering what I have seen posted here.

That would be me and I WASN'T ASKING FOR ONE. I just wanted clarity.. I challenged their inconsitent replies. I challenged their non-replies to direct questions. I challenged their marketing, what they have said and what their affiliate emails have promoted. You know what they said. We don't have control over what the affilaites do. Damn well they do. And I challenged their transparency, particulary when they eliminated the fusion account that collapsed by over 40%.I had downloaded and was setting up the new files. AN hour later, I get an email advising of a refund and all my practice...

I bought day 1. I'm not AND I don't. (I did send them a 3 week downhill graph). I said I was shocked.They couldn't take the criticism and refused to be responsive to direct questions. Rather than dealing with my constant critical observations, I guess they just decided to cut me loose. I wrote back that they were putting their heads in the sand rather than address these issues that have come up.Their handling of this has been absolutely abysmal. On the bright side, it's the easiiest $1000 I ever made (or got back). It's already in my paypal account..I don't know whether...

URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING REFUNDS !!!!!!!I have been pushing FRWC hard on CLARIFYING REFUNDS. I have been pushing hard on those conditions that include sending them statements on 30 days of trading. I have been calling them out on dimiishing transparency. I clear5ly stated I wasn't seeking one, yet, JUST clarity. What an absolute shock to get an email this afternoon to advise me my account will be immediately credited with a refund. They have chosen to put thier heads in the sand, not address these issues that have come up and just cut me loose. WOW!WHO ELSE. PLEASE POST.

Why I want to buy a robot.I haven't the time or inclination to immerse myself in the intracacies of market conditions or forex trading. I might as well go manaul if that were the case.If you just read FRWC's latest email to the membership, - the implication is if this doesn't work it YOUR fault.I responded as such and also suggested an extended warranty period to implement the new changes they noted. 10am ESTNo problems getting to the site and logging on.Their live chat is back online.Finally got feedback on a couple of issue (unsatisfactory as they were)I had sent a screenshot of the, at the tiime, $1500 loss on a 10K account. Response was I used .1 not .01. My response ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! It's appropriate for a 10K account. Forutnateluy I also have a 10K account at .01. Still lousy results.Still seeking clarity on the refund issue. Simply stated a 30 day run and send them a report. Wanted to know how long it would take.

Follow-Up on brokers. Just re-read the Fusion PDF. It makes reference to any Broker as long as it has .01 lots and is +/- 2 hours of GMT. And that LMD is best +/- 1

Fri 1:50pm ESTJust received an undeliverable bounce back from Wednesday due to a full mailbox. (Gee, I wonder why?) Never-the-less, resent and checked and it was attached to my current support ticket this time, so that was a temporary problem. Anyway pushing hard to get an absolute definitive statement about refunds. Will let you know what comes of it?
