I recommend a charge-back through your bank/credit card company. He drags these out on purpose, it's obvious as can be. The only way I could get responses out of him other than 1 line useless responses, was to keep it transparent here because he realizes how much it can affect his marketing efforts if the true experiences get out.Good luck even trying to contact his "ClickBetter" company, they don't pick up the phone, just go through your bank/CC and avoid his antics to drag out the 60 Day Guarantee.

Continued Refund Process Update:At this point, I have to just go through my credit card company and try to dispute through them. "Doug" seemed pretty upset I was being so transparent about this on the forums here. Continuing my refund process updates:Doug is making this "100% Hassle Free" refund as annoying as possible to get. He is no longer replying to my emails, yet makes plenty of time to respond on the boards here. This 100% Hassle Free refund is looking like a huge scam.Any prospect purchasers beware. Just so everyone knows, he is not making it right with his refund request, I put in an initial dispute the day I purchased the product because he overcharged me about 65 USD from HIS conversion (not including my foreign transaction fee from CC processor)He is now telling me this via email: "Can't refund an order... that was already refunded. You did a chargeback the day after you purchased... You never paid for the product.."I disputed the ADDED amount to make it equally 799 (which was the fair price of the product as listed on multiple receipts) this guy is not making it right...

So far I'm trying to work out the refund with plenty of time left in my grace period, I tried to use the link for refund that initially came in the clickbetter.com email supplied as the receipt, but it says my account has already been refunded... which nothing shows on the card I used initially, nor paypal I supplied etc. I sent

the information requested on the specific refund link he sent me, I will keep everyone posted how this goes.

you're able to check myfxbook and respond to REV and VTP posts, you can surely respond to your email. I have put this in weeks ahead of my 60 day grace period, please honor the request ASAP without baiting out the time until its out of the grace period.

respond and honor it as it is in the refund time frame. My trades mostly aligned with yours, except you never had losing trades when I did, if anything you would close out at 0-5pips and I would have 2 at -110. I'm unable to continue taking massive hits while you are able to turn your trades into a "wash" and close at normal entry etc.There shouldn't be differences between accounts other than entry primarily. Please honor my request.

I took a nice hit as well, but it's understandable you can't win them all. Just not sure why the vendors page quit updating, as it was on 30 minute cycles before.. Hopefully we'll just get back on track with consistent wins, first loss on my account from it but 110pip loss vs 20 gain, so it will take quite a few wins to recover.

On Forex.com mine has triggered a trade March 3rd, GBPUSD, and just opened EURUSD about 10 minutes ago, its not trading often but looks to make pretty good entries from what I've experienced so far.

A lot of you are saying it would be nice to have VTP integrated with RTP, considering I've picked up VTP, it would be nice to have both strategies integrated as well. Except as a combined product. Ability to choose strategy and values per chart would be nice (not only for RTP but VTP also. VTP did cost a little bit more so I don't see the reason to not integrate the lower costing one into the more expensive version of the product)I would also enjoy testing the strategies on different pairs. yea I had to turn mine off, it hit 30% equity loss on EURGBP, kept opening Longs as it kept sliding down... definitely not ready for choppy conditions..

This sounds like you aren't willing to use the EA with your own money but you are willing to let other people be the guinea pig for your tests? This doesn't seem very confident... At least in the eyes of someone who has ran this product...It shouldn't be hard at all to get a new account up, takes me about 30 minutes before everything is approved and running... At $300 a pop, you can certainly afford a 500 account even if it flops, please don't let us take a risk without seeing your live verified results of the new version.

I'm experiencing the same issue, not a single trade yet after running this all day, how often should we be seeing movement? I have this plugged in on EURUSD and EURGBP... I have verified activation and settings within mt4.
