put Myfxbook.ex4 in mt4\experts
put MyfxbookEA.dll in mt4\experts\libraries
restart MT4 instance and ... you know the rest, run the EA allowing DLLs calls, smiley face, etc :)

Yes, it can be done also that way. And there's one product for that I know: mt4 java api jfx. And its reasonably priced!
But that doesn't prevent MetaQuotes from blocking you if you open 100's of connections simultaneously to a single broker in rapid succession to poll all accounts there.
It just depends what kind of algorithm they use for the blocking. And have they changed the protocol sl......

I do not know did MyfxBook hacked MT4 protocol but for me it is absolutely clear what Metaquotes do. They sleep for years, rarely listen to their own clients and now decided to get more and different market share - or at least try.
Ofcourse it is done by typical way they work: arrogantly and peremptorily. But that is the way one (monopolist) could success but may not as well. The future will show.
Do not be surprised when they (MetaQuotes) start a monitoring service :) Everyone's hopes are that it will be for better but I definitely do not like the method of achieving it.

It may seem other services are working well however they do not have the same amount of accounts we do (with auto update about +70k). The more accounts we have from a broker the less f......

when you are a broker, please go to https://support.metaquotes.net/en/news/1838 and tell what is stated in point 4.
That has nothing related with third party dlls

compare official statement about build 500 http://www.metaquotes.net/en/metatrader4/news/3977 (for the traders) and see the statement for brokers....
you will found differences which will explain why the MT4 server bans IPs
until they change that, the issues will be unresolvable
