The US dollar recorded a decrease against the yen on Wednesday. The pair opened at 103.86 and the price managed to break through the first support at 103.70. Eventually, after a volatile session, the dollar ended at 103.43. The pair continues to be in positive territory, which will likely follow the new test levels at 103.70.

The British pound recorded a neutral session against the US dollar on Wednesday. The pair opened at 1.2292 and the price managed to break the resistance at 1.2300 twice. In the end, the pound ended at 1.2283 and if the downward trend continues couple will move to the next support at 1.2120.

The US dollar added value versus the yen on Monday and recover some of Friday's losses. The pair climbed 34 pips to 103.59 after trading in the 103.78 and 103.59. The price failed to test the levels of peak last week, but the bulls remain technically in a leading position.

The British pound continued to depreciate against the dollar for a third day on Monday. The pair slid 35 pips to 1.2359, with a decline of over 5% for the past eight sessions. Trading took place in the final values 1.2443 and 1.2344. Technically the bears remain in the leading position, but recovery of the RSI and inability to breakthrough from current levels may lead to start of an upward movement.

Dollar/yen continued downward momentum yesterday, bottomed at 101.92 and hitting 101.18 earlier today. Commercial bias remains bearish for test of 100.70 as part of the bearish scenario of false breakout (above 104.00). A clear break and daily close below 100.70 could trigger further downside pressure for testing 99.50. Immediate resistance is at 102.00. A clear break above that area could lead price to neutral trading zone but overall I remain in the camp of bears.
