I get the same orders as you at my IBFX AU account but the orders close earlier resulting in less pips winning.. What broker do you use? Is this issue has to do with my broker or you use the power version with wave trailling..

ksnikos2000: if you have the EA, you should have read that fxgrowthbot recommends thinkforex.com as the broker for NON-US residents, and that's the broker he is running, and also mine and I can tell you that my account so far, it's been a perfecto clone to the one fxgrowthbot has made public here.
So far so good, same results, my account running good

It has just come to my attention that the Trailing EA is fairly complex and many of the settings are not understood. I don't wish to continually interject comments on this thread for a different EA, so please refer to this thread at donnaforex for more information on the trailing stop EA.

My first experience with FGB:
bought it on Monday, installed it, got the acticition key within 6 hours after purchasing and started on demo account at Alpari UK yesterday morning. Everything works fine but:
I had nearly the same trades on Alpari as FGB account on thinkforex. The Bot opend 4 trades yesterday between 11-12 UTC time.
But now: thinkforex closed them all in the night at 2.00 UTC time at 1.36989 resp. 1.36982.
At the same time bar Alpari had at 1.36936 the high.......... but all trades are still open this morning.......of course with in total more than 200 Pips win but open.
Has anybody here in the forum a explanation for such a different behavouir. Or at least an idea according which rules the bot close the trades and handles the sl.

according to the stat on www.forexggrowthbot.com the trades were closed yesterday at 18:20... strange
i am not sure that the ea manages the trades... it should use fixed stop loss... so we could see what is happening

gb opened 2 orders against the trend... strange... it never did like this before... 1 of them is 3x lot size

me too, it's no a bad thing right now but it's strange.
I use the bot in several brokers and it never close the trades like the original (only when it loose), I need to close them manually.
It's not a bad thing so I can decide if I close the trades or no , but If it go against the trend and I'm not here it can be a problem
I tested the 100% profit , 90% ,50% and 0% profit trailer but I never seen it closing the trades when it win

- why are so big differences in trades on the same broker, same vps, same default setting?
- why the ea opened 2 trades against the trend which didn't happened before?

I trade manually so this bot is great for me because it open a hedge if it the trade go against me , and if it
go to right side I manage the open trades as I usaully do with my manual trades.
But of course it will be better if it close the trades himself

Same for me, had to close them manually. First time I enter to modify the trades since my account was not reacting as fxgrowthbot account, and that's my properly working parameter.
Then, this morning, my account entered a trade wich wasn't taken by fxgrowthbot account, so I decided to set a trailing for those positions, and closed at winning for a few pips.
Afterwards, I updated EA (I received mail yesterday about an update), and restarted my MT4, crossed my fingers, let it running and left for work, and here I am, checking every 5 mins thru myfxbook.com my account: I definitely love this site, since not only allows me to public my trading, but let me keep an eye on my account while I'm away, then if something is not working properly, I can go home and check things out (Although I know the half hour from work to home could mean my ruin, that's the risk I had to take)
PS: FOR THOSE ASKING WHY THIS MORNING TRADES WERE DIFFERENT FROM FXGROWTHBOT ACOUNT, SHOULD CHECK IF YOU ALREADY APPLIED YESTERDAY'S UPDATE - THAT COULD BE THE REASON
