why does vendor recommend $50 on tradefort 0.01 base lot when he,s using $4.36??

Yes, my demposit is too low, in fact i suggest to start with 5.000$cent. My crazy account was a lucky bet! But i have many other account on my portfolio with higher starting balance.

Yes, my demposit is too low, in fact i suggest to start with 5.000$cent. My crazy account was a lucky bet! But i have many other account on my portfolio with higher starting balance.

The smaller the starting balance the better the program has to be to survive it. And surviving last week is a really impressive feat!
If the best of this program and Evny could be combined you'd really have something impressive!
Personally I'm looking forward to money management. I figure the author knows better than I what can and can't be done to Improve ROI. I've seen blown accounts on the website and that really impresses me. Most folks tend to hide the negative stuff.
I just wish that they could find another broker that is as good as Tradefort that accepts American Customers..

Would it be possible to bias the trades with the trend instead of against it? That way you could use larger lot sizes and make money even faster!

yep, the overall management of this EA is very great.
the developper answers quickly our questions and include our suggestions quickly too (I ask one and in the week was added!!!)
for info, this EA use the supertrend indicator. not sure if its used to open the short or long trade cycles. so there is a try to go in the trend in the EA...
but as you can see... still not perfect and the margin call still here.
in my case the MC occurs 4 times faster with totalgrid than forexenvy does it...
so no matter the protection in the EA, when the market moves... nothing todo!
I restart my account with a lower base lot size, I'll see at the end of the week.

Crazy account is testing at the moment the new 1.5 version, that will be released at the end of the months.
In this version is present a trailing stop for the last level and a recovery for big position in profit when margin is reducing duo to high DD.
I'm still thinking about using these functions and i'm testing in real now.
For example today it closed a 12th level of eurjpy in trailing, but prices hit anyway the original target.

the EA can close trades even if the basket is negative. the system try to protect the account 'at any cost' which mean closing trades even if there is no danger for the account...
This can results in negative days.
this is bad when the basket starts to be big, and closed in lost, while the good trend starts appearing and the EA could close with big profit... (when I take a lot of risk, I expect good return)
the v 1.4.3 includes a negative basket protection to force the EA to close in profit. but its not active in the account I think.
The idea is good, the martingale is here because the entry point was missed, and the EA try to get some profit, but also try to protect the account.

thanks. you those EURJPY trades were actually closed by trailing?
Secondly, what advantage do we have when a martingale system trades a basket of currencies instead of just one, cos i think there is even more risk for basket trading

One advantage is that you'll get more profit with less capital. In fact it's very difficult that more that 2 or 3 cross create big basket, so with a 3x capital you'll get 9x gain.
Second, you can apply global protection using gain of other cross to close other possible big baskets.
I wanna thanks willgart, a very smart trader and a good tester for my EA!
I receive many advice on TG and i test some of them, and if they are usefull i insert in my New version.

thanks, ive also started a test of your current version. i have experimented with various versions of martingale and think Total Grid has the best reward to risk ratio so far:-) and yet you are still improving it while being open about the risk involved in using it.

sorry about that, didnt realise it was locked.just opened it up now.
im talking about profitability that is having losing days which wasnt the case b4

New 1.5.0 has many functions to minimize DD and risk, but on the other side this reduce profitability.
I think that we have to find the right setting to balance risk/rewards.
On your account try to set CloseAtBreakEvenIfHighestLevel=8

I would like to purchase this one, but find it difficult to locate a site. Went to an Italian site and it seems that the demo is free but the real account must be on IB. I am using FINFX ECN PRO and I do not want to change brokers. Besides, if everyone was on the same broker could that skew results, leading to the broker offering 'less of a good deal'?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I tried tihs EA on different brokers, Hotforex, XEmarket, Pepperstone, Their results are quite different.
I have been testing them for 2+ weeks, It is little too short to say anything, Each broker has 2 accounts. Basically, 2 accounts on same broker with almost same results. but broker VS broker are quite big different.
Hotforex - The worst one, Both accounts make less money and also, always get caught in high level which mean that it is unsafe.
XEmarket - So far, it has the highest profits but it seems that it get caught in high level once awhile. so not very safe.
Pepperstone - It doesn't make as much money as XEmarket, but it is always at the lower level, For longer run, it might make more profits then XEmarket.
My point is that, If you want good results, It is better to go for same broker as Totalgrid Showcase account.
