What do you like best about FxPro?
They offer four different trading platforms but cTrader is my favourite one. It has the most advanced features and all the quotes are displayed on the chart without delays. Furthermore, the order execution is ultra-fast that makes this platform ideal for using scalping strategies.
What would you improve about FxPro?
The spreads on the forex market could have been lower taking into account what FxPro broker is, I mean they’re top-notch.

The fact that FxPro collaborates with the CME group and they provide educational resources together makes them one of the best in the trading industry. I bet my bottom dollar that none of brokers could boast of top-notch education as FxPro. I learned so many new things about risk management and psychology in trading.
What would you improve about FxPro?
I noticed that spreads on major currencies on the forex are not as tight as I thought. Maybe they will review their trading conditions and make them tighter or something like that.

I’ve been trading with FxPro for over 2,5 years and I will never regret joining them. I haven’t had any heavy troubles while trading on the fxpro platform.

The CME group education is the best thing I’ve seen so far, and I have learned so much about economic indicators. I know how exactly to trade major currencies gbpusd, eurusd, usdjpy during the publication of reports like Non-farm payroll, consumer price index, producer price index

I noticed when I was trading during the publication of reports that spreads were wider than usual, and it’s not good.

I am trading fx major pairs with ctrader and the transition from metatrader to ctrader was absolutely great. Now I enjoy a greater market depth, let alone a risk estimation tool that you can use right before placing a trade.

Spreads should be tighter, they would be unbeatable then. As it stands, they're nothing special, I agree.

Was my first broker because I like that they have office in UK and have security funds, having trust in necessary. The trading is ok, did the Aroon strategy in MT5 and trying to scalp a bit on ctrader account.

My account has been trading on FXPro for half a year, during which most of it was profitable. However, on the morning of July 31st, MT4 suddenly couldn't go up. I saw a negative balance of over 9000 on the backend, but my long order account holding gold was over 80000 US dollars. I contacted the online client and was told that the MT4 account was invalid. The backend sent an email to reset the password. I saw that my account had changed to -9000 US dollars. At 23:56 on MT4 time, when you placed an order for 50 lots of palladium, I didn't even know what variety it was!!! And the spread is huge, 1700 spreads, a price that does not exist in the market, close 50 lots of palladium for me. Closing all positions within ten seconds resulted in a direct loss of 80000 US dollars in my account. During this period, I kept sending emails to contact FXPro, and they insisted that it was me who traded on my own. I did not make any operations on the 30th, and I can swear that my password has always been very secure. And why do I have to lose all my money at once? The email said that all of my orders were opened at IP address 104.194. Upon checking, it was found that this address is from the UK. I haven't left the province this month, so why bother with the UK?! The platform even insisted on using VPN to place orders, including the golden order on the evening of the 30th, which was operated by myself. The commission website has also been helping me inquire about my account issues. Normally, a commission of 40000 US dollars would be given for a spread of 1700, but unfortunately, the liquidation time happened to be one hour before the closing, and according to FXPro regulations, there is no commission during this time. Such a large platform is playing tricks and ignoring customer issues. Domestic agents or trading departments cannot afford to directly inflate customer funds.Are all the orders I made myself? My experience of trading on this broker's platform is quite ordinary. And most likely my description will be similar to the description of experience of any other Fxpro client.
But I'm sure that ths is the advantage of broker.
Fxpro gives stability to its clients. And many traders want to get exactly that.
I think financial markets are unstable and each new trading day is not like previous one. This is a source of stress for traders. Therefore, many of us want to gain confidence from services we use.
I believe that Fxpro is one of the most reliable and stable brokers.

Still a tier 1 brokerage. FxPro excels in almost every aspect of the service they provide. I have solid experience with brokers, and comparing them to others is the best way to see how good they are. From regulation to trading infrastructure, everything is fine. Even customer support they have one of the most helpful support.
