NZDUSD: A head-shoulder top formation?
Failed to break 0.7394, the short term head-shoulder top formation still intact.
But we see price still in the uptrend channel.
According to my trade system, we still have daily buy signal.
If today close above 0.7374, that will be the first sign of uptrend resuming.
To the downside, I still expect 0.7299/0.7272 support zone to hold the price at least for the first time.
NZDUSD Trade Idea:
Sell limit @ 0.7353 stop 0.7374 for 0.7319

NZDUSD: Near term downside risk
NZDUSD already reach the bottom of the uptrend channel.
The head-shoulder top formation still intact.
Daily oscillator is cross-over, price is also closed below daily Ichimoku Tenkan-sen.
According to my system, we have fresh daily sell signal today.
We see near term downside risk.
Close above 0.7394 will negative this view.

Sell at market, spot 0.7322 stop 0.7375 for 0.7252

NZDUSD: Take profit and look to re-sell
NZDUSD closed below daily Ichimoku Kijun-sen and 55 day MA.
Momentum shows clear bearish sign.
We suggest to take profit on yesterday's short position from 0.7322 (spot 0.7258) and look to re-sell rallies.
Ideally today should not close above 0.7316.
Overtime, we could not rule out re-test 0.7117 level.
Directly close above 0.7394 will negative this view.

Sell limit @ 0.7282 stop 0.7340 for 0.7206
NZDUSD closed below daily Ichimoku Kijun-sen and 55 day MA.

NZDUSD: One touch 0.7165 is likely
NZDUSD has exactly reached 161.8% extension from 0.7394.
It could be counted as 3 wave decline on intraday chart.
RSI is at oversold territory and intraday oscillator already reach range low.
However, further downside toward 0.7165/7117 is very likely.
Unfortunately last Friday we missed the entry of the sell idea, we look to re-sell.
Ideally this week should not close above 0.7272.
Directly close above 0.7306 will erase immediate downside risk.

Sell Limit @ 0.7244 SL @ 0.7315 Take Profit @ 0.7165 ( if seen, add 0.7272 )

NZDUSD reached 138.2% extension from 0.7394 and weekly close back above 0.7000.
Short term some small pullback is likely.
On big picture, weekly head-shoulder top intact, upside should be limited from current levels.
One touch 0.6925 is very likely.
Monthly close above 0.7144/7206 will challenge this view.
We'll try to chase some short term moving and look for better sell opportunities.
