"Account already exists" issue

Hi,

I've been trying to add my account to myfxbook but got an "Account already exists." error,
I checked and the account have never been added before and I'm a new user,

How do I fix this issue and why is it happening? Does someone else add my account to myfxbook before me?

If they have investor password they can add it. However ownership of this account could be verified only by the owner

I am also not able to login it says account already exist how to resolve the issue

Hi Guys,You have to contact "MyFxBook" direct and tell them the issues you are facing, it is a glitch and they will sort it out.

Sorry guys the Contact Us | MyFxBook should have been a link, however go to the "Footer" of the page and you will see their details on the bottom right hand side, under "Support".

I've seen this happen before. it might just be a weird glitch or maybe your broker recycled the account number. double-check everything first. if you're absolutely sure the account hasn't been added before, just send an email to Myfxbook support, they're usually pretty quick with this stuff.
