Good day all, if i may intervene here - our setup uses PAMM accounts for our clients and they are very happy with the setup. I find it easier to manage the lot size of the EA rather than having to setup different positions for each client through copy trading. that's a personal opinion and from my experience, i prefer PAMM setup

Good point! PAMM accounts definitely make managing multiple clients more streamlined. It’s a solid choice if you want to keep things simple and efficient. How do you find the performance consistency with PAMM compared to copy trading?

To be honest we have found difficulties in managing copy trading accounts due to the setup of our EA. unfortunately our EA doesn’t work via equity based. Meaning that if a client has $1,000 and opens 0.01 lot size and another client with $10,000 needs to open 10x bigger I.e. 0.10 lots. The bigger account will be overleveraged for sure. So we recommend to our clients to enter our PAMM setup which is much easier to manage in terms of lot size to equity size.
Thank you and kind regards

If someone is copy trading from me can they create a system which automatically enters trades for them, not manually?
Can they also alter the lot size to suit their account size?
There are plenty of copy traders / trade copiers in the market now.
Live to trade another day

Got it, that makes sense. Sounds like the PAMM setup solves the lot size issue pretty well, especially with the equity-based challenge you're facing in copy trading. It’s definitely easier to keep things balanced without worrying about overleveraging. Do you think you'd ever tweak the EA to work better with copy trading, or are you sticking to PAMM for the long haul?

We are more than willing to open ourselves through copy trading, which we have setup already through MQL5. The importance though of equity to copy amount is of paramount importance and the investor must be aware that the risk ratio is not the same when following. Thank you!
