Traded with pepperstone before I went working in UK,they had a special intro offer,no deposit required,made 3x account value,they rang me,"how did you do that",had to close account FCA rules,you cant trade your own account and work on trading desk,lol.
There charts are fast,good for scalping.

They are one of three ECN brokerages we use for our EA's (we're looking at developing a fund, so transparency's imperative).
No B Book.

So you went to the regulator's page, checked their licence number and verified that they are not allowed to deal on own desk? How do you understand the ECN? 😄

I am asking because I saw on this page - https://www.globalprime.com.au/about/regulation/ in 1 minute spent on their website that they are actually allowed to deal in a financial product. This actually means a b book.

Yes you are correct, I'm aware of it .

A good choice with ECN there. You will find lowest spreads there, pricing is always competitive due to choices by liquidity providers. Fxview and Xm are the 2 that I am using currently, and both offer ecn accounts, in fact fxview offers only pure ECN. Commission cost is low at a dollar for one side, and spreads can get low as 0.0 pips on major pairs. IC Markets is another broker you can look at for low spreads, 0.1 pips average.

Broker selection isn’t easy, you must check on various factors. But don't miss to see the regulation tags with good ecn conditions. Also, no harm in trying multiple options. IC Markets and Fxview been at the top of my list, for best spreads and friendly trading conditions. Rest, go as per your requirements and suitability.
