EA with SL and TS only. Just it! Nothing more!

Hi guys!
I'd like to create an EA with the following features:
- In a TF of 1 hour, for example, after of 1/4 of 1 hour, a order should be given automaticaly by EA. If the candle is green, so is a buy order; if red, so is a sell order. If the TF is of 4 hour, so the type of order (buy or sell) should be choose by EA after of 1/4 of 4 hour (= 1 hour). If the preset candle is green -> buy; if red -> sell. It should work in any TF.
- No TP
- With SL
- With trailing stop
- And more one thing: I'd like of create a parameter called "SPD". If the current spread < then SPD, so the EA works normally. But if the current spread > than SPD, then the EA don't give orders.
Just it!
But, I don't know how make this EA. I guess that is simple... Someone can make for me?

Hi,
I am electronics engineering student, programmer and trading enthusiast, I'd be happy to program your EA based on your own rules of data, but with some valuation and if I am satisfied that it does works.
As I am doing it for free I expect the person to use the EA just be you, incase if you want to redistribute/sell the EA, we could agree to that with some small fee or percentage.

really, everyone should know how to program code. it SHOULD be taught in schools as mandatory computer basics .
