I'm been checking a couple of posts in Upwork, MQL, and here, and projects to create an EA is paid so cheap. Please don't expect a well-thought out programming if you asks someone to do an EA that consistently makes money for a measly 50 dollars. It's just my observation. Feel free to correct me if that's not the case.

I also agree. There are many developers who offer their services and because the supply of these developers are greater than the demand, they are willing to take upon the projects for very low amounts.

Another thing to consider is the developing world where living standards are different. $50 could be a lot of money. If they can build a robot within a day, that $50 could be 10x more than a labor job. Competition is a good thing overall. I also develop trading tools and my freelance jobs are normally pretty expensive compared to mql5 freelance. If someone is on a budget, I send them to mql5 website. Let the free market decide on the price.

It depends on the programmer you are hiring. You don’t always get cheap things at lower prices. It is also about the experience that you are hiring and paying for.

I'm sure the one with a lot of experience will provide his services at a higher price. It's just the same with IT industry where better developers are paid more.
