How do you handle news event? They can kill your grid strategy easily.

The strategy is a mixture of several.

it does have averaging,
it does have reversal
and it does have news expectancy.

The EA has news detection capability, fed from the server engine.

your page is 23 hours behind. This is because your DD now so high, or there are other problems?

Hello Alex,

At Myfxbook I read, that your server is warning for news events.

My questions are :

- do you receive a message in your e-mail box, or at your charts ?

 - when there are open trades, should you close these trades immediately, even with a loss ? I suppose, your EA is not a signal provider, so you have to manage your trades by yourself in that case.

- can you adjust the settings of the EA at certain dates, when there is a news event ? Will the EA in that case close the trades with or without a loss ?

Regards,

Maurice van Mourik

hi, you don't receive an email. the EA automatically avoids trading when there is a news release.
the EA is not signal provider. it closes trades when needed.
you can not set dates and events. that's automatic.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

This myfxbook account is too aggressive for me since you traded 5 lots in a week with just $100 balance.

Q1> Do you have any other myfxbook accounts that run on less aggressive settings?

Q2> How many set files do you provide with varying degree of risk?

Hi
I am interested in buying your EA, just 2 questions.
1) Is this an arbitrage EA?
2) Does this work with specific brokers?

Regards
Just make it happen

hi,

thanks for your interest.

1: no it is not. it uses reversal strategy.
2: it should work pretty much with any broker.

Q1: we dont.

Q2: the EA has pre-set settings, you dont need to worry about it.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

What are these settings based on? Also, you informed me that you can start this system with $250. Is there a set lot size based on the account amount or we have to set the lot size manually? Based on $250, what would the lot size be?

The backtests shown on your website appear to hold buy orders and sell orders open at the same time. This would not be permitted for an account at a US broker. My questions are about working with US accounts.

   1) Can it work without opening hedged positions?
   2) It appears all the orders in a group are closed at the same time, which is good. Is the EA aware of FIFO rules, or does it depend on closing all the orders simultaneously?

Thanks,

Hi,

the EA works perfectly to open trades on one direction. yet is also capable of opening trades in both directions at the same time. therefore it works for US accounts perfectly. it may not be as profitable as non-US.

1: yes, perfectly.
2: yes, the EA fully complies with FIFO rules. the trades are not 100% closed at the same time. there is a slight time gap which is not seen in the reports.

please let me know if you have any questions.

Hey

Im interested of your EA. If i choose to purchase it i will first try it on micro account. After few days demo testing.

My Q's:
Does EA trades only charts that are open?
Can i choose what pairs it trades?
Do you have any kind of refund policy? (If it blows my account)
I have FXopen account, will it work on that.?
Do i need manage trades that are open?
Can i choose what is maximum amount of trades EA will trade at once?

I think this is good starts. :)
